Sigma Lens Calibration procedure:

1.  STRICTLY by Appointment Only.  To book an appointment :

  • Call our Service Centre mainline.  Alternatively customers can email us at:  (for Singapore customers)  / (for Malaysian customers) and await our email confirmation the next working day, to allocate an appropriate date.

2.   All customers are to bring with them:

  • Original Purchase Receipt,
  • Warranty Card issued by Sigma Marketing (S'pore) Pte Ltd,
  • The corresponding camera most often with the lens to calibrate,
  • Please ensure camera battery is fully charged and working, prior to your visit .
3.  Lens purchased from appointed authorised Singapore and / or Malaysia shop dealer(s)  enjoy a complimentary lens calibration depending on the promotion given at that time.   After that, it will be a chargeable service fee per lens per calibration.   Sigma lens owners are responsible to present us the proper documents stated in Para 2, without  either of the documents, there maybe a service fee imposed.

4.  Sigma Marketing (Singapore) Pte Ltd and / or Audio & Photo Distributor (FE) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to refuse lens calibrations for customers WITHOUT purchase receipt and warranty card issued by Sigma Marketing (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Customers visiting our Service Centre without making prior appointment (for lens calibrations )will be scheduled and put on queue, behind those who already made reservations.

Customers who emailed us on weekend(s) and / or  public holiday(s)  to request for lens calibration appointment(s),  will receive our email reply after the next working day.

Lens calibration duration will normally take between 1 to 2 working days, depending on the lens type. In rare circumstance, where our technicians require more time, we will advise customer(s) accordingly.
